Shipping policy

Cat's Cradle offers free shipping on orders over $100.

Orders under $100, shipping is calculated by weight and destination of the package. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Once your package has left our facility, there is a 5-8 business day estimated arrival time. This time estimate does not include Sundays or Holidays. 

Orders placed Friday after 12 PM or on a Holiday will be processed the following business day. 

Cat's Cradle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We recommend contacting your local authorities or the shipping carrier to file a claim.
